VLONE is an online clothing store for contemporary-styled graphic and funky apparel. We believe in providing clothes and accessories whose prices justify the quality, while also checking off the fashion aspect. VLONE does not follow trends; we simply set them.
Since our inception in 2011 in New York’s Harem, we have made it a priority to provide easier access to clothes that fit everyone’s exclusive styles and boost their confidence. We strike the balance between quality and price, supplying customers with high-standard, long-lasting and durable apparel at a not-so-expensive price point!
Our merchandise mixes art with apparel to come up with unique styles that our customers love. We had collaborations with infamous artists such as Pop Smoke, Juice Wrld, and Playboi Carti to produce creative designs for our customers. These fresh designs always showcase our Harlem roots, something we will always be proud of. Plus, our clothes are modern with many pop culture references like from the movie Scarface and the band Metallica.
We always put our customers first without any compromises. This is visible in how most of our clientele is recurring, loyal and has been here since the start. They love our designs and we love serving them! Some of our notable clients include –but are not limited to– Drake, Kanye West, The Weeknd and Virgil Abloh.

What Does VLONE Stand for?
VLONE’s name has taken inspiration from the saying “you live alone, you die alone”. Its spellings are a trademark from the A$AP typeface of writing “A’s” as “V’s”. In fact, our motif features a lone “V” and depicts messages of cynicism but also tranquillity –a paradox in itself.
We at VLONE take our social responsibility role extremely seriously. Our inaugural summer runway show at Paris Fashion Week 2018 showcased our collection called “Black History”. Our primary aim was to shed some much-needed light on the dark history and persecution of the African-American community, one of which we are apart. Designing, producing and selling our apparel is our form of resistance against violence, racial injustice and hate. The collection meshed multiple cultures into one and translated them onto our clothing pieces; it was developed through frequent visits to Italy, South Africa, and Japan to appreciate the many fashion trends of the world.
We believe that no goal is unattainable if you try hard enough. VLONE established its remarkable presence without any pre-existing education or experience in the fashion industry. We have consistently worked hard to get here, and for that, we are indebted with gratitude to our customers!
Our Founder
VLONE is the brainchild of Jabari Shelton, more commonly known as A$AP Bari or Young Lord. He is an American streetwear designer and an entrepreneur. He was also previously the tour merchandise head of American rapper A$AP Rocky. In fact, he was part of a Harlem hip-hop collective alongside A$AP Rocky, A$AP Yams, A$AP Ferg, and many others.
Following his success of A$AP Mob, Shelton started VLONE with the same passion. He then brought in the cofounder of Hong Kong streetwear label CLOT, Edison Chen, to handle the design work of VLONE. Today, this powerful duo heads most of our operations at VLONE together.
Shelton’s interest in fashion stemmed from seeing and trying on high-end clothes in his teenage years while in Harlem. This alone, without any formal fashion education or experience in the fashion industry, brought about the idea of VLONE.
Our Team
Behind VLONE is an expansive team of dedicated employees who work tirelessly to keep us up and running! We are passionate about providing our customers with clothes they connect with, love and feel the best version of themselves in. Each and every one of us firmly believes that our customers deserve to find such clothing for themselves. We believe in providing the best possible value: the highest quality apparel and the lowest possible prices! And lastly, we believe that our true strength comes from our relationships, bonds, and interactions with our customers.
Apart from our employees –many of whom have happily been with us since 2011– our team is extremely dynamic! We feature multiple collaborations with celebrities our customers love, such as Playboi Carti and Nav. We blend together the celebrities’ brand image with VLONE’s style to create fresh designs.
Apart from celebrities, our team works with infamous brands such as Nike, Palm Angels and Off-White. In fact, one of our best-selling pieces –the VLONE x Nike Air Force 1 Highs– was made in junction by our and Nike’s team.
This year marks a decade of VLONE and it has only been possible because of our loyal customers who have always lent us their unconditional support. They are the reason we are here, and we will always continue to create trendy designs and produce high-quality apparel for them.
